Duggins, Debra Ann, 63, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017.
Debra was a former teachers assistance for Horry County School System in South Carolina.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Betty Duggins.
Survivors include her four sisters and brothers, Sharon Houston, Pam Leonard (Jody), Billy Duggins and Chuck Duggins; five nieces and nephews, Sean Stepp (Jamie), Eddie Hall, Ashley Wheeler (Chad), Elliott Duggins and Cara Duggins; three great nieces, Savannah, Samara and Mackenzie.
Visitation will be held 12:00 – 8:00 P.M. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with cremation to follow.
