PORTLAND- Michael Bumpus, age 54, passed away on Aug. 22, 2017 at Springbrook Center in Westbrook.
He was born in Roanoke, VA. He attended school in So. Portland and then lived in Portland. He loved family, friends, pets, and music.
He is survived by daughter Hannah (Andrew) Goodine, brother Scott (Alicia) Bumpus, 4 sisters Vicki (Royce) Weber, Kelly (Gary) Boisvert, Julie Polky, and Raina Bumpus, stepmother LouAnn Murray, numerous extended family, and 2 special friends Gary King and Steve Gordon.
He was preceded in death by his father Arthur Bumpus, mother Nancy Johnson, brother Steven Bumpus, brother-in-law Lance Polky, and 7 grandparents.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday Oct. 1, 2017 at 1 PM at the Prides Corner Congregational Church, 235 Pride St., in Westbrook
