Reba Elizabeth (Jones) Boklage, born July, 13, 1921 passed on to the next life August 21, 2017. Reba was a resident of Forest Springs Healthcare, Louisville.
She is preceded in death by her spouse of 67 years, Frank Robert Boklage.
Reba is survived by her son, Dan J. Boklage (Janice L.); and daughter, Debbie Boklage (Tom Sexton). Reba was blessed with four grandsons; eight great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
Reba retired from the Jefferson County Public School system. She was a member of the St. Paul Catholic Community.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks for the care and support she received from the staff at Forest Springs Healthcare. She was able to enjoy a full and active 96 years.
A funeral Mass will be Friday at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 6901 Dixie Highway; burial is in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation is Friday at 10:00 AM at the church.
