Jeffrey James Dlugosinski passed away on August 17, 2017 at the age of 54. He was the son of the late Lucille Dlugosinski and the late Griffin Blake. He was a loving brother to his sister Elaine Strawn and her husband Kirk Strawn, sister Linda Dlugosinski, sister Gayle Ouattara and late brother Norbert Dlugosinski. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well as lifelong friends.
he is survived by his longtime companion Tammy Medeiros.
Jeff was a talented painter and used his talent throughout his life. He will always be remembered as fiercely loyal as well as someone with a heart of gold.
In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated. His family and friends will gather to celebrate his life on September 9, 2017. Please contact a family member for details.
