WESTPORT… Rafael DaSilva-Medeiros, 18, of Westport passed away August 12, 2017.
Born in Terra Cha, Terceira, Azores. He was a son of Jose and Ana Medeiros. He was employed as a landscaper for Aguiar landscaping. Rafael enjoyed playing basketball with friends.
Survivors include his parents, a Sister: Sophia Medeiros of Fall River, 2 Brothers: Carlos Medeiros and Jose Medeiros Jr.. He was the brother of the late Nelson Medeiros.
Memorial Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Sunday 9:30 AM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA..
