Barry Walsh, age 67 of Methuen and formerly of Salem, NH passed away on August 7, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Barry was born in Lawrence on May 20, 1950. Barry was a proud Vietnam Era United States Marine Corps Veteran. He was a longtime employee of Raytheon. Barry loved the Beatles, Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.
Barry is survived by his mother Teresa Walsh of Methuen, sister Sharon Walsh and her partner Ken Breitenstein of Hampstead, NH, brothers Kevin Walsh of Jacksonville Beach, FL, and Brian Walsh and his partner Shirley Gagnon of Amesbury, and his nephew Brian Walsh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Barry is predeceased by his father William J. Walsh.
Friends and guests are invited to call on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Monica’s Parish of Methuen. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery of Methuen.
