DAWSON, Carol Ann, 69, of Louisville went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 3, 2017 surrounded by her loving family and in the presence of the Lord.
Carol is survived by her adoring husband of 50 years, Joseph Eddie Dawson; sons Keith (Kristen), Jimmy (Tammi), and Kevin (Stephanie), 5 precious grandchildren; Shelby, Courtney, Matthew, McKenna, and Kaleb; brothers; Billy Bindner and Bobby Bindner (Brenda) and sister Patty Adams (Eddie) and 21 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; William & Irene Bindner and sisters Dorothy Sharpenstein and Loretta Voll.
Carol served at Wal-Mart as the OTC Pharmacy Manager for 22 years. Prior to working at Wal-Mart she poured her heart into the lives of her other 3 “sons”; Kyle, Matt & Kent Hammer. She was a member of Southeast Christian Church (Southwest Campus) and had a tremendous faith in Jesus Christ her Savior. Her joy was contagious as she filled everyone around her with laughter. Memories of her will live in our hearts forever.

Funeral service will be Monday at 11 A.M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday at 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home
