Donald J. Donahue Jr. a lifelong resident of Canton, died unexpectedly at home August 1, 2017. He was 66 years old. Don worked in the probation department in the Suffolk Superior Court in Boston for many years. He was the beloved son of the late Donald and Margaret Donahue. Don was a 1970 graduate of Canton High School and a 1975 graduate of Providence College. Don is survived by his brother Richard P. Donahue of Orchard Park N.Y., his sisters Mary E. Doherty of North Attleboro, and Kathleen A. Shea of Pembroke, MA, and his four nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John the Evangelist Church, 574 Main St., Watertown CT. Monday, August 7 at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment Mt.Olivet Cemetery, Watertown CT.
