Vincenza "Vinnie" M. (Fagone) Roberto, passed away suddenly Saturday, July 29 at the at age of 94. Born and raised in East Boston. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Bruno) Fagone.
Vinnie moved to Arlington in October of 1950 where she raised her family. She was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her children and great grandchildren. She was a loving supporter of animals. Vinnie was also a devout catholic who supported the Catholic missions throughout her life.
She was the beloved wife of the late Milio N. Roberto. The devoted mother of Michael A. Roberto of Arlington, and Linda-Jo Dickerson and her husband Joel of Woburn and the late Kevin J. Roberto. She was the loving grandmother of Michelle, Michael, Kathleen, Christopher, Elizabeth, Emily, James, David, Laura and Megan, loving Great-grandmother of 7. She was the sister of the late Mary Gaito and Josephine Oborne. She is also survived by her loving cat Molly.
Funeral from Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday August 4 at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Agnes Church, 30 Medford St., Arlington, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday from 4 - 8 PM.
Services will conclude with burial at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington.
