Therese M. Ducharme
Manchester– Therese M. Ducharme, 83 died July 24, 2017 at Villa Crest Nursing & Retirement Community.
She was born in Hudson on September 27, 1933 the daughter of Leo and Helen (Blais) Ducharme.
She attended St. Anthony School and St. Peter’s School
Prior to her retirement she worked for St. Peter’s Orphanage for over 26 years as a children’s aide providing care for hundreds of children, and later a housekeeper for Mt. Carmel Nursing Home.
She was a longtime parishioner of St. Jean Baptiste Church and member of the Women’s Club.
She was an extremely caring person who had a close spiritual connection with animals.
She resided at Varney School apartments for over 20 years making many close friends.
She was predeceased by her brother, Leo Ducharme on March 1, 1986.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 10 AM in Sacred Heart Church.
