GORHAM- Phyllis Barbara Holden, age 96, passed away in Gorham on July 22, 2017.
She was born in North Hampton, NH, a daughter of the late Clarence and Phoebe (Storer) Fogg.
Phyllis was an active member of her church for many years, and a longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She worked in the Department of the Navy, Washington DC, during WWII. She will be long remembered for her love of quilting.
She is predeceased by each of her husbands- Donald Glasgow, and Roger Holden; also her parents; and all her siblings- David Fogg, Daniel Fogg, Amy Allen, Louise O'Reilly, and Florence Keliher.
Phyllis is survived, and will be much missed, by her daughter- Barbara Pike and her husband Bill of Kittery, their children Geoffrey and Gregory Pike and Gregory's son Erik Pike; her son- James Glasgow and his wife Brenda of Standish, and their children, Jennifer (Glasgow) Carignan and sons James, Jacob and Noah Carignan, Andrew Glasgow and children- Jazmine Bahr, Lindsey, and Alexander Glasgow, and Matthew Glasgow and sons- Issac and Bryce Glasgow.
A memorial service will be held on Monday July 31 at 10 AM at the Limington Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 302 Sokokis Ave. (Rt. 11) in Limington. Burial will be at 1 PM at Forest Hills Cemetery in Bridgton.
