Pearl Johnsey, 88, of Water Valley,MS died at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis, TN on September 30, 2005.
The daughter of the late Lon D. and Ida May Hollowell King, she was born in Paris, MS. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Water Valley and a member of The Pink Ladies Hospital Auxillary of Water Valley..
The family will receive friends at Seven Oaks Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Saturday, October 1, 2005. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM in Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home on Sunday, October 2, 2005 with Dr. Randy Bain officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley.
Mrs. Johnsey leaves two daughters , Alice J. Williams of Water Valley, MS and Katie M. Johnsey of Memphis, TN : two grandchildren, Lee Williams and Paige Williams, and a great-granddaughter Tori Williams.
Preceding Mrs. Johnsey in death was her husband Ralph "Bill" Johnsey - March 16, 1992.
