In Taunton, July 14, 2017 Barry Scott Rowley, age 54, passed away suddenly following a brief period of declining health. Barry leaves his loving wife Lisa A. (Souza) Rowley of Taunton. He was born in Fall River, the son of Helen (McVay) Rowley of Taunton and his late father Kenneth L. Rowley. Barry was educated in Taunton schools and had resided here all his life. He was employed as an auto mechanic. Barry enjoyed fishing, collecting valuables and antiques and above all loved being with his family, especially his loving grandchildren and his dog Molly. He leaves his two children, Barry S. Rowley Jr. and his wife Victoria of Swansea and Nicole Rowley and her fiancée Matthew Frizado of Taunton. He also leaves his siblings, Kenneth B. Rowley of East Taunton and Lisalynn M. Rowley-Dixon of East Taunton. Barry leaves his beloved grandchildren, Abbeygael, Madison and Emma. A funeral home service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Friday, July 21st at 10 am. Relatives and friends are also invited to visiting hours on Thurs. from 5-8 pm. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Taunton.
