Annie Fay Willis, 75, of Tifton, formerly of Albany, passed away Friday, July 14, 2017, at the Rehabilitation Center of South Georgia in Tifton. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2017, at Victory Baptist Church in Tifton with the Rev. Dan Eidson officiating. Mrs. Willis will be laid to rest at Floral Memory Gardens in Albany. The family will receive friends Monday, July 17, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at Victory Baptist Church in Tifton.
Born April 7, 1942 in Albany, Ms. Willis was the daughter of the late Andrew J. Willis and Willie Belle Tucker Willis. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. She was retired from the Dougherty County Board of Education and attended Lighthouse Ministries and Victory Baptist Church in Tifton.
Ms. Willis is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Peter Roberts of Tifton; two brothers, Gene Willis and Jay Willis, both of Brunswick; one sister, Doris Dodd of Calera, Alabama; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Menting, Joshua Roberts and Tiffany Roberts; one great-grandchild, Emma Roberts; and a great-grandchild arriving soon, Aurora Nicole Roberts.
