Obituary

Mr. James C. Merrion, of Everett, entered into rest Friday, July 7 in the Kaplan House, Danvers, following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born 61 years ago in Brockton, the son of the late James C. and Lea (Richardson) Merrion, Sr. He was educated in Brockton and had been an Everett resident for the past 2 years. James was formerly employed as an automobile salesman. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served in the late 1970's and early 1980's. He enjoyed fishing, umpiring Little League baseball games, and watching the local sports teams.

He leaves: 2 sons: Christopher Merrion of Bridgewater, and Nicholas Merrion of Bellingham; 1 brother: Marc Merrion and his wife, Juvy of Clinton; 2 sisters: Cheryl Beauvais and her husband, Raymond of Taunton, and Diana Epstein and her husband, Sheldon of Brockton, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Visiting Hours are respectfully omitted. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty St., Danvers, Ma., 01923. The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home of Taunton is assisting the family with the arrangements.
