FALL RIVER… Juliette M. (Barnabe) Larrivee, 103, of Fall River passed away July 5, 2017 at Catholic Memorial Home in Fall River.
She was the widow of Charles Larrivee.
Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Napoleon and Delia (Proulx) Barnabe and had lived in Fall River most of her life, living in Canada for 12 years.
She was employed as a seamstress at A & A Manufacturing for 30 years prior to her retirement in 1977.
Mrs. Larrivee was a communicant of St. Bernadette’s Parish in Fall River and was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne’s Solidarity. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, playing piano, singing and spending time with her family and going to church.
Survivors include her son: Ronald C. Larrivee and his wife Mary of Sandwich, 2 daughters: Dolores Lajoie of Fall River, Janet Baptiste and her husband Paul of Crestview, FL, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Homer, Aimee, Oscar & Ovila Barnabe, Yvette Lajoie, Dianne Dion, and Marie Lebeau.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Monday at 10:30 AM from the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at St. Bernadette’s Parish, 529 Eastern Ave, Fall River. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be from 9 -10:30 AM, prior to the funeral.
