Willa May (McKinney) Thomas, 70, of Anderson died July 5, 2017 at her residence.
She was born September 1, 1946 in Anderson the daughter of Virgil Ky and Mona Jo (Etchison) McKinney.
She was a homemaker who loved spending time with her granddaughter. She enjoyed shopping and watching the show "Ghost hunters".
Willa is survived by her daughter, Amy (Larry) Reason; two sons, Larry (Martha) Thomas Jr. and David Wayne Thomas, her siblings, Jerry Irwin, Dee Weaver, Joe McKinney, Tedd McKinney and Leisa Ellingwood; her pride and joy, Alissa Wolf, several more grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Larry Thomas Sr. whom died September 3, 2011, her sister, Rae Louise Spaugh, brother Sonny Irwin, sister, Linda Kay Irwin and her granddaughter, Ashley Renee McKinney.
Service will be held at noon on Friday at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service.
Visitation will be from an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help with expenses.
