Frederick R. Hill, III, age 55 of Framingham and Woburn passed away unexpectedly, following many years of mental illness, June 23, 2017. Born in Woburn he was the cherished son of Marie E. (Carey) Hill of Stoneham, and the late Frederick R. Hill, Jr. and his surviving loving companion Helen Penezic of Woburn.
Freddy, as he was affectionately known to his family and friends was a 1979 graduate of Woburn High School. As a young boy he was very active in youth sports and was passionate about playing hockey. He was nick named by his teammates as "Hat Trick Hill" for the many multiple scoring games he was involved with. Sports have always been a constant in Freddy's life even throughout his illness. He was an avid fan and followed all the major Boston teams every day, season after season.
In addition to his beloved mother, Freddy is survived by his devoted sister, Jeannine Agresti and her husband Dennis of Woburn. He was the brother of the late Donna Hill Richal and her surviving husband Michael Richal of Needham and the loving uncle of Daniel Richal of Florida and Keri Agresti of Woburn.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to visit at the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., WOBURN, Wednesday, June 28th, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass celebrated in St. Barbara Church, 138 Cambridge Rd., Woburn, at 10 a.m. Services will conclude with burial at Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
