Francine M. Fregeau, age 90, passed away on June 20, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at Mercy Medical Center. She was born in Chicopee on June 19, 1927 to the late Edward and Josephine (Lyons) Tomcyk. She worked for many years as a sales clerk for Steigers. Francine leaves her daughter Linda Sarnelli and her husband Anthony of Chicopee; three grandchildren Jim Mandeville and his wife Caroline of Charlotte, NC, Josh Mandeville and his wife Alyssa of Belchertown and Jennifer Picard and her husband Richard of Ludlow. She also leaves four great grandchildren, Lilly, Everett, Jack and Hannah. She was predeceased by her first husband Edward Maziarz who passed away in 2002, her second husband Leo Fregeau and two brothers. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday June 23, 2017 from 10:00 AM at the Grise Funeral Home 280 Springfield St. Chicopee with an 11:00 AM funeral home service. Calling Hours will be held on the morning of the funeral, Friday June 23, 2017 from 10 AM to 11 AM. Burial will follow in St Stanislaus Cemetery.
