DAWSON, Benjamin M. Of Wellesley passed away May 28, 2017 after a brief illness.
He was born in Waltham, attended Philips Exeter Academy, University of Rochester for his bachelor's of science in physics and Stanford University for his masters in electrical engineering and PhD in neurophysiology. He worked as the Director of Strategic Development for DALSA Corporation where he developed algorithms for machine vision.
He was a caring and loving husband to Rose White and father to Geoffrey and Megan Dawson.
A memorial service will be held on June 16 at 10AM at the Wellesley Hills Congregational Church, 207 Washington St., Wellesley. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Donations can be made in Benjamin’s memory to the American Friends Service Committee. www.afsc.org.
