Alana D. Colford
Manchester– Alana D. Colford, 65, died June 8, 2017 at Catholic Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Manchester on January 23, 1952 one of six children to Edgar and Glenna (Rumphrey) Hicks.
She will be missed by all who knew her, she had a heart of gold.
Family members include 3 bothers, Donald Hicks and his wife, Helene, David Hicks, all of Kentucky, Shawn Hicks and his wife, Marian of Missouri, 2 sisters, Linda Crocker of Bangor, ME., Rhonda Resteen and her husband, Randy of Kentucky, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 PM in Pine Grove Cemetery, Brown Ave.
In order to defray funeral expenses donations may be made to the funeral home.
