SHEILA ANNETTE (BANKS) CONRAD, 56, passed away on June 7, 2017.
She worked several years for Dr. Anthony Remson and was an active volunteer with Bike To Beat Cancer.
Preceding her in death was her son, Joseph D. Conrad; father, Joseph Banks, sisters, Barbara and Juanita; and brothers, Jerome and Leonard.
Survivors include her son, John D. Conrad, Jr. (Kathleen Lambert); her mother, Betty Smith; life partner of 20 years, Jeffrey Rapoport; brothers, Steven Brody, Jeffrey Dangler, Roger Banks, Leonard Welliver and Charlie Myler; and sisters, Linda Toney, Betty Lou Hanger and Penny Myler.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road with cremation to follow.
Visitation will be from 1 – 8 p.m. Saturday.
