Susan O. Parker, 63 of Londonderry, NH died Tuesday June 6, 2017 at the Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH. Susan was born in Vienna, Austria on September 9, 1953, a daughter of Olga (Lang) Foley and the late Lawrence Foley. She had been a resident of Londonderry since 1972. Susan was a hard worker, and had been employed by Tedeschi Food Shops in Londonderry for 25 years. She enjoyed trips to Foxwoods, and loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her mother of Londonderry, she is survived by her husband of 41 years, Henry C. Parker of Londonderry, one son, John Parker of Londonderry, one sister, Mary Goodnow of Londonderry, one brother, George Foley of California, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Stephanie Rose (Parker) Pinter in 2013.
Following cremation, calling hours were held on Monday June 12, 2017 from 4 – 7 pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A memorial service began at 6:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701-9376.
