Carolyn A. (Lee) Reece West passed away June 3, 2017 at her home at the age of 92.
Carolyn was born September 8, 1924 in southern Indiana and lived in Anderson most of her life.
Carolyn retired from Brockway Glass. She loved fishing, crocheting, cooking and family gatherings.
Carolyn is survived by her husband, Norman C. West of Anderson; her two daughters, Marlene Boyd and Margie Cline, son-in-law, Jack Jarvis; five stepchildren, David (Nora) West, Susan (Bob) Bivens, Rick (Jan) West, Terry (Joann) West and James West, seven grandchildren, Lora (Andy) Mitchell, Lisa (Eddie) Ray, Keith Jarvis, Wade Gray, Heather Gray Forrester, Stacey Key and John (Sharon) Key, many great and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her first husband, Charles Owen Reece; son, Marcus Reece and a daughter, Marsha Kaye Jarvis, five sisters, Madge Humble, Phyllis Ramsey, Helen Brown, Jessie Cook and Mary House.
Graveside service will be at 3 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at East Maplewood Cemetery with Pastor Brad Brizendine officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to Madison County Humane Society.
Arrangements are being handled by Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
