In loving memory of David Manuel Fumo, Sr. of Frederick St., New Bedford, MA. The son of Ana Fumo and the late Antonio Fumo of Acushnet and brother of the late Loury Fumo Smith of New Bedford. Passed away unexpectedly at home on May 31, 2017.
David was very family oriented. He enjoyed fishing, old muscle cars and his children. He was a loving father and great brother. He is survived by his 4 children: Amy L. Faria, David M. Fumo, Jr., Daveena M. Fumo and Destiny L. Fumo, all of New Bedford. His 2 grandchildren: Kyle and Rosa Faria of New Bedford. His sister Anna Fumo, his brother Anthony Fumo and his wife Angela Fumo of Acushnet. 3 nieces: Ariel Fumo, Cecelia Fumo of Acushnet and Cassandra Perry of Brewster, MA. 2 nephews: Anthony Fumo, Jr. of Acushnet and Crawford Perry of Bewster, MA. A great niece: Phoenix Fumo Hansen of Acushnet and one on the way, Kellyani L. Rodrigues and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the Potter Funeral Home.
Interment will be private.
