Josephine M. Murphy (Masters) age 87 of Quincy passed away June 2nd. Born and raised in Dorchester, she has lived in Quincy for 50 years. She was a devoted homemaker and mother and worked as a Clerk for Arbella Insurance in Dorchester before retiring. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter, gardening and loved her cat, Tabatha. Beloved wife of the late John G. Mother of Sean M. Murphy of Quincy. Devoted grandmother of Hannah Murphy of Quincy. Funeral mass at St. Agatha Church Milton Thursday morning at 9:00. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Wednesday 5-8 pm. Burial Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
