Lucille G. “Lucy” (Watkins) Almond, 59 years of Brockton died Wednesday, September 21, 2005 at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Born and raised in Brockton, daughter of the late John M. and Mary G. (Casieri) Watkins and she had been a life long resident of Brockton. She had been employed by Bradlees Dept. Store in Brockton for many years and Wal-Mart in Avon also for many years. She has been a longtime communicant of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Brockton. She enjoyed arts, crafts, walking, socializing, gardening, movies and spending time with her two grandchildren and caring for her dog Emma.
She is survived by a daughter, Andrea M. Enos of Brockton, a son, Alexander F. Almond of Brockton, a brother Robert Watkins and two grandchildren, Adam Enos and Erik Almond.
A Graveside Service will be held in Melrose Cemetery at a later date.
