Phyllis D. (Zerella) DelliColli of Medford died on Monday, May 29, at Bear Hill Nursing Facility. Born and raised in East Boston, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Dambrosio) Zerella. She moved to Medford in 1950 where she raised her family. All who knew Phyllis know how she loved to dance.
She was the beloved wife of Edmund DelliColli, and the devoted mother of Edmund DelliColli Jr. and his wife Gloria of Pepperell, Cynthia DelliColli of Medford and her fiancé James M. Welch Jr. of Yarmouth, and Diane Drane and her husband Richard of Medford. Phyllis was the loving grandmother of Nicholas and Douglas DelliColli, Robert and Gillian Drane, and the loving great grandmother of Ryan, Emma and Lena DelliColli. She was the sister-in-law of the late Peter and Joseph DelliColli.
Funeral from Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Saturday, June 3, at 11 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis Of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 12 noon. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting hours Friday 4 - 8 PM.
