Charlotte R. Laurenza, 87, of Brentwood, NH, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 in the Rockingham County Nursing Home, Brentwood. She was born in Danvers, MA on August 31, 1929, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Rena (Poore) Tinkham, Sr., and was a former resident of Londonderry, NH. Charlotte worked for Lucent Technologies for over 30 years, retiring in 1991. She was a member of the Londonderry Senior Citizens and H2U in Derry.
She is survived by two step-daughters, Linda Levasseur of Leesburg, FL, and Shirley Boone of Starke, FL; her grandchildren, Laura Healy and husband Stephen, Robert Boone and wife Beth, Daniel Post and wife Lisa, Sheryl Sullivan and husband Timothy, Loren Boone and wife Debbie, and Jennifer Shea and husband Jason; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; one niece, Cheryl Call and husband Howard of Candia, NH; two nephews, David Tinkham and wife Dawn of Milton, NH, and Robert Casey and wife Pat of Topsham, ME. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph C. Laurenza in 2001.
Calling hours were held on Wednesday, May 31st from 4 – 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH. Funeral services were held on Thursday at 10:00am in the funeral home, with burial in Pleasant View Cemetery, Londonderry.
