Laconia— Norbert G. Coyne, 74, of Lynnewood Road, died suddenly on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 while on vacation in England.
He was a wonderful, caring and generous man and will be missed so much. He always put his family first.
He leaves behind his wife of 47 years, Catherine (Cate) Coyne; and three daughters, Sarah Niemiec of Brooklyn, Connecticut, Claire Willhite of San Francisco, and Rachael O'Toole of Westford, Massachusetts; three son-in-laws, Stan Niemiec, Danny Willhite and Michael O'Toole; seven adored grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob and Alyson Niemiec, Camille Willhite, Dylan, Maeve and James O'Toole; a sister and brother-in-law Judy and Earl Brooks of South Carolina; and a sister and brother-in-law, Gwyneth and Ron Tillen of Thompson, Connecticut; many cousins, nieces and nephews and close friends.
There will be no calling hours.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 10:30am at St. Andre Bessette Parish - Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Ave. Laconia NH.
Burial will follow in the family plot in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garfield Street, Laconia NH.
For those who wish, the family suggests memorial donations may be made in Norby's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis TN 38101-9908.
