Obituary

SCARBOROUGH- Nancy W Bayley 78 of Scarborough, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 25th , 2017, with her loving family alongside.


Nancy was born on December 13th 1938 in Winthrop Mass.


She was the daughter of Roger and Helen (Anderson) Remington, and a graduate of Hamden Academy in Hamden Maine.


Nancy enjoyed her dogs and all animals. She loved feeding the wild ducks and geese in the yard, near her rock garden, by the Scarborough River.


Nancy was a founder and active member of The Maine Fisherman's Wives Association, she loved the fisherman's forum and especially the auctions, which was a big part of the forum.


Nancy loved vacations, especially The Bahamas and Florida, Ft Myers being her favorite. She loved to put her feet in the sand and watch the Sea Birds, the sunsets were her favorite part of the day.


She was loved by many, and a "Mom" to all.


Nancy is survived by her husband Stanley R Bayley of over 40 years. She was very proud of their family businesses they built together.


Nancy was also survived by 8 children, Daniel Davis, Bradford Davis, Lisa Davis, Shawn Davis, Richard Bayley, Edward Bayley, April Bayley and Stan Bayley, and her 16 Beautiful Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday May 6, 2018, from 1 – 5 PM at The Landing at Pine Point, 353 Pine Point Road, Scarborough. At 2 PM during the gathering, there will be a remembrance service.
