Christopher James Brown, 42, of Ty Ty passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Tift Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held for Mr. Brown at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 28, 2017, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. W. E. Fogarty officiating. Mr. Brown will be laid to rest at a later date.
Born April 17, 1975 in Ocilla, Mr. Brown was the son of the late William Thomas Brown and Elizabeth Harris Wiggins. He was self-employed in the construction business.
Mr. Brown is survived by his fiancé, Elaine Tabitha Spillers of Ty Ty; one daughter, Leanne Joiner; four brothers, William David Brown, William Avery Brown, Carl Bentley and Curtis Bentley, all of Ty Ty; two sisters, Ann Bentley of Ty Ty and Elizabeth Hamilton of Savannah; and two grandchildren, Caidyn and Macy Grace.
