Theresa E. (O’Malley) Troy, age 92, passed away peacefully on May 18th. Born and raised in Dorchester, Theresa was a resident of Hyde Park for 40 years before moving to Milton. She was a graduate of St. Margaret’s High School. Theresa loved a good time, spending time with her family and friends, shopping and sewing. She also enjoyed vacations at the beach with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Agatha Church, Milton and St. Albert’s Church, Hyde Park. She was the wife of the late James R. (ret. B.P.D) and devoted mother of Beverly A. Camerano of Milton and the late Edward J. Troy. Loving grandmother of Stephen and his wife Heather of Milton, Maryalyce of Dorchester and Michael Camerano and his wife Kate of Canton and great grandmother of Madeline, Michael and Colin. Sister of Florence Waltman, Tom “Buddy” and Walter O’Malley and Anna McDonald. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Agatha Church, Milton Monday morning at 10:30. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton Sunday 4 to 7 pm.
