Reynolds, Mary (Baldwin) of Wellesley Hills, passed away after a brief illness on May 13, 2017. Born September 3, 1934, she was the daughter of Howard and Evelyn (Landers) Baldwin. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Raymond J. Reynolds, with whom she shared 62 years of marriage.
Mary was a devoted mother of Stephen H. Reynolds and his wife Debra, Mark B. Reynolds and his wife Joanne all of Natick MA, Kathryn A. (Reynolds) Maloney and her husband Michael of Waynesboro, PA and Patricia G. (Reynolds) Ferrotti and her husband Michael of Frankfort IL. She was a loving Grandmother to ten grandchildren: Jessica (Reynolds) McDowall, Michael, Brian, Kellee, David and Scott Reynolds, Nicholas and Matthew Ferrotti and Meghan and Kevin Maloney and two great-grandchildren, Evan and Ryan McDowall.
Mary is survived by two sisters, Harriet Baldwin Holich of Hadley, MA and Barbara Baldwin Falla of Natick, MA. She was predeceased by her brother, Bruce Baldwin.
Mary was an active parishioner at St John the Evangelist Church in Wellesley Hills as a volunteer and a RCIA (The Right of Christian Initiation of Adults) counselor. She was responsible for the weekly publication of the church bulletins for over 25 years. Mary’s greatest joy was being surrounded by family and friends, always welcoming them into her home.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rt.16) WELLESLEY, Wednesday, May 24 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, 9 Glen Rd., Wellesley Hills, at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours at the funeral home Tuesday, May 23 from 4-7pm. Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Needham.
