Pauline M. Vaillancourt, age 88, of Fall River, passed away on Saturday May 6, 2017. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Vaillancourt, and daughter of the late Jose M. and Maria B. (Rego) Almeida. Pauline was a sales clerk at SS Kresge Company and Kerr Mill Bargain Center for 30 years and a florist at her father’s flower shop Almeida’s Florist. She was a member of Buttons and Bows and Hits and Misses Bowling Leagues, Watson School PTA, and enjoyed playing Bingo.
She is survived by her children; Paul J. Vaillancourt (wife Elaine), Denise E. Raposa (husband John), and John J. Vaillancourt (wife Dawn), 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 1 niece. She was also the sister of the late Dorothy Boiclair.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River Thursday with extended calling hours from 9- 10 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in SS. Margaret & Mary Chapel Catholic Memorial Home at 10:30 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery.
