Frank L. Feith, age 87, a longtime resident of Winchester, passed away on May 6, 2017. He was the beloved husband for 37 years of his devoted wife, Rosita Feith.
Born in Budapest, Hungary, he was the son of the late Jozsef and Magdolna (Hertlein) Feith. He was raised and educated in Hungary and came to the United States in 1956 at age 25.
Mr. Feith began work as an electrical engineer at General Electric, and then continued his career at EG & G Electro-Optics in Brookline, and then in Salem, for many years until his retirement. In his spare time, he enjoyed many outdoor and sporting activities, including golf, tennis, swimming, boating, sailing and skiing. He was a member of the Winchester Tennis Association for many years.
Frank was the loving father of Peter Feith of Boston and Francis G. Feith of Marstons Mills, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather at the Costello Funeral Home, 177 Washington St., Winchester, on Friday, May 12, from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Services and burial are private.
