DAVID WALLACE BRANTLEY, 70, passed away on May 5, 2017.
He was a retired 20 year employee of the U.S. Postal Service and an Air Force and Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
Preceding him in death was his father, Wallace Brantley.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 40 years, Linda Darlene (Gary) Brantley; his children, Watana Lynn Slinker (Ed), Amanda Mae-Jean Roberts (ZeB), Robert Alan Chapman (Autumn) and Richard Lee Chapman; nine grandchildren; his mother, Lola Belle Brantley; sister, Etta Mae Spearman (Joel) and his special nurse, Kim.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
Visitation will be from 12- 8 p.m. Sunday.
