Obituary

Mr. Jean Bonard "Tete" Petion died unexpectedly in his sleep at home in Dorchester on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the age of 44.
Jean Bonard was born on September 7, 1972 in Port au Prince, Haiti to Alberie Petion and Marie Marthe. He graduated from the Millennium Training Institute with a certificate in computers with customer service and support. He was a kind-hearted, peaceful and loving individual. Jean feared God and lived a righteous life. He loved nature and enjoyed quiet time with his family.
Jean is survived by his parents Marie Marthe and Alberie Petion, his brother Marc Anthony Petion, his sister Suzie Petion, his niece Phaedra Sanon, aunts, uncles Yolene Geffrard, Yonel Geffrard, Odette Petion, Clermica Petion, Lena Gelin, Denise Dardignac, Jean Claude Pierre, Sergo Geffrard, Eunide Geffrard, cousinsSerginot Geffrard, Idnot Geffrard, Fabiola Ciceron, Olson Milien, Guerdy Pierre, Yoldie Rock, Freydjine Gelin, Shelby Pierre, and Beethoven Geffrard.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale on Friday May 5th from 7-9pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning May 6th at 10am in Saint Angela's Church, 1548 Blue Hill Ave., Mattapan.
Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park.
