Sylvia Miller, 91, of Mystic died Friday, April 28, 2017 at Avalon Healthcare. She was born in New York City on January 5, 1926, the daughter of Joseph and Georgina (Garcia) D'Agostino. She is predeceased by her husband, Richard Thorp Miller.
