Robert W. “Bob” Crosby
Process Pipe Fitter & Welder

TEWKSBURY: Robert W. “Bob” Crosby, age 41, a resident of Tewksbury for 13 years, formerly of Wilmington, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, April 28, 2017.

Born in Boston on February 27, 1976, he was the son of Lorraine P. (Oleson) Crosby, who survives him, of Wilmington and the late Robert J. Crosby.

Bob was raised in Wilmington, attended Wilmington schools and graduated from Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in 1994.

Prior to his illness, he was employed as a pipe fitter/welder for over 20 years. Bob also performed contract work for several area process piping and mechanical engineering companies.

Bob enjoyed fishing, boating, riding snowmobiles, four wheelers, and was an avid Patriots and Bruins fan.
He especially enjoyed loved cooking for his family and friends.

In addition, he was a “Jack of all Trades” and could fix, repair, and construct nearly anything.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his sister, Lisa M. Crosby of Wilmington; his girlfriend, Sandy Starke of Tewksbury; also many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Family and friends are invited to his Memorial Calling Hours on Thursday, May 4, from 4-7 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury, immediately followed by a Prayer Service to be held in the funeral home.
