Gerald E. “Jerry” Guarino, age 89, a long-time resident of Winchester, formerly of Lexington and Arlington, passed away on April 29, 2017. He was the beloved husband of JoAnn T. (Cuttita) Guarino. Mr. Guarino was the loving father of Michael P. Guarino and his significant other Maria of Arlington, Caryn G. Keegan and her husband Michael of Sudbury, Christine Deluca and her husband Donald of Melrose, and the late David M. Guarino and his devoted wife Joelle of Venice, FL. He was the cherished grandfather of Gabrielle and Audrey, the dear brother of Rose Deyab of Arlington, and uncle of Donna Marie, Mark and Paul. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather at Costello Funeral Home, 177 Washington St., Winchester Friday, May 5 from 8:30-10:30 AM, followed by a funeral mass in St. Eulalia’s Church, 50 Ridge St., Winchester at 11AM. Interment will follow in Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry’s memory may be made to St. Matthew’s Food Pantry, 33 Stanton St., Dorchester Center, MA 02124.
