Mary A. (Howell) Wolusky, a longtime resident of Charlestown and former resident of Dorchester, entered into eternal life suddenly on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Boston Medical Center in Boston. She was 47 years old.
Mary was born in Everett on July 29, 1969, a daughter of Paul J. Howell and Linda K. (Arsenault) Howell. She grew up in Charlestown where she was educated at St. Francis De Sales Parochial School and graduated from Charlestown High School in 1988. Mary worked as an Administrative Assistant at the former Boston City Hospital in Boston for several years. She loved animals particularly dogs and enjoyed vacationing at the family homes on Cape Cod and in Florida. Mary's entire family was so very important to her, but the love of her life were her 3 sons, and she cherished the special times she had with each one of them and was so very proud of their accomplishments.
Mary is the loving mother of Cadet Nolan Howell Wolusky Massachuseets Maritime Academy, Petty Officer Third Class Dylan Howell Wolusky United States Coast Guard and Griffan Howell Wolusky, Hillside School. She is the beloved daughter of Paul J. Howell and Linda K. (Arsenault) Howell. She is the former wife of Robert J. Wolusky. She is the devoted sister of Kelly Lahiff and her husband Joseph, Brian Howell, Linda MacMillan and John and the late Paul Howell. She is also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mary's Funeral on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 9 A.M. from The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by her Funeral Mass in St. Francis De Sales Church, 313 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown at 10 A.M. Her burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. Her visiting hours will be on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 from 4 to 8 P.M. in the funeral home.
