Mrs. Houlihan worked her whole lifetime at various jobs to put her four children through St. Stephen School and Holy Name CCHS. Just a few months ago she retired after 45 years as a property manager for Samuels Associates. She was a longtime member of St. Stephen Parish where she grew her faith and valued its comfort over her lifetime. She was hardworking, gracious woman and the best mother to her four children and nine beautiful grandchildren, who will miss her greatly. She was the center of her family; strong and caring, and her love radiated to all at once. She was a friend to all who met her and cherished by all who got to know her. Her legacy to her children is her unconditional love, strong family ties and the selfless way she shared her warmth and spirit each and every day. She has been a pillar of strength and will live on in our hearts forever.
