STANDISH/RUMFORD- Lisa Lannette Glaude, age 51, passed away on April 28, 2017 at her home in Rumford due to diabetes complications as a result of alcoholism.
She was born in Portland on March 12, 1966, a daughter of John and Nancy (Stevens) Stanley who currently reside in Standish.
Lisa was a skilled welder and pipe-fitter and traveled through out the country wherever her skills were needed.
Lisa was a very caring and loving person who had a heart of gold. Addiction caught up with her and took her on an unforeseen journey.
The family would like to thank two very close friends- Bill Haller who was there for her in Rumford and Ronald “Booty” of Saco who cared very much for her.
Besides her parents, Lisa is survived by her son- Kenneth Conroy of Portland; brother- John Stanley II of Philadelphia; and a sister- Victoria Hunnewell of Scarborough.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday May 3 at 11 AM at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road (Rt. 22) in Buxton. Burial will be private at Woodlawn Cemetery in Westbrook.
