Mary Kathleen (Collins) Auble, 87, of Natick, passed away on April 23, 2017 at Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer. She was the loving wife of Neil Auble for 57 years. She was born on February 14th, a Valentine baby, in Stotesbury West Virginia, the daughter of Cornelius and Mary (Gatens) Collins. A coal miners daughter! She received her nursing diploma from Saint Francis Hospital in Charleston, West Virginia and worked as an OR nurse and in various nursing homes for many years. She loved her aqua aerobics class and her many longtime friends that she made there. She loved long walks on the beach and time spent with children and grandchildren. She was a breast cancer survivor and will be greatly missed.
Mary was the loving mother of Debra Auble of West Virginia and her husband Rodney; Susan Auble of Hopkinton; Becky Mourey of Hopkinton and her husband Jim; and Thomas Auble of Missouri and his wife Jodie. She was a cherished grandmother to Tyler, Ali, Luke, Mea and Alex. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of Joan Robertson and was predeceased by her brothers Terry and Dick Collins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Thursday, April 27th at 7:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at Natick Common. Visitation on Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. prior to the service. Burial will be private.
