STEPHEN, Arville I. of Chestnut Hill, suddenly on April 7, 2017. She was 77. Beloved daughter of the late Alexander and Nellie (Wells) Stephen. Dear sister of Lillian Maule of MI and the late Alexander Stephen. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at Trinity Church 206 Clarendon St. Copley Sq. Boston, MA 02116 on Saturday, April 29 at 3:00 pm. Relatives and friends are invited. Arville was a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 40 years. Her expertise included addiction treatment, spiritually-informed psychotherapy, and the impact of trauma. In addition to having a private practice and serving as Clinical Director at several organizations, she served on an Addiction Team at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and co-founded Trinity Boston Counseling Center at Trinity Church, Copley Square.
