Dianne A. Brennick passed away peacefully at the Somerville Hospital. She was 71. Born and raised in Cambridge, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Bertha (Milette) Vaudo. A Somerville resident for nearly 50 years she was a quality control supervisor with Scully Signal Co., before her retirement. A devoted wife and loving mother, Dianne enjoyed photography, birdwatching and exploring the city, enjoying the character of different neighborhoods.
The beloved wife of the late John A. Brennick, she was a devoted mother of Dianne M. Brennick of Somerville, Susan Brennick and her husband David Babin of Chelmsford, she was the dear sister of the late Raymond Vaudo. She was a loving “gammy” to Brady, Pyper and Punky.
A funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Catherine of Genoa Church, 179 Summer Street, Somerville, Monday, April 10th at 10 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent in Dianne’s name to the MSPCA, 352 S.Huntington Ave., Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
