In Raynham, April 4, 2017, Lawrence “Sparky” Gagnon, Age 89, passed away at Life Care Center of Raynham with his family by his side. He was the loving husband of the late Jeannine (St. Yves) Gagnon. He was born in Berkley, MA the son of the late Andre & Flora (St. Ours) Gagnon. He was preceded in death by his 8 siblings, Irene, Concorde, Alice, Eva, Beatrice, Lorraine, George and Omer.
Sparky is survived by his daughter Janet Turcotte and husband Laurent of Raynham, grandchildren, Jamie Turcotte and his wife Kristen and great granddaughter Emily of Taunton, Kristen Butler and her husband Anthony and great grandsons Mason and Adam of Raynham, Ashley Foster and her husband Mark and great grandsons Evan and Callan of Raynham.
He was an entrepreneur business owner. He owned Sparky’s Shell Gas Stations, Lands End Restaurant and Jeannine’s Boutique with his wife before taking up retirement in 1991 and enjoying all the things he loved such as cruising, fishing, being outdoors and vacations to Florida.
Honoring Sparky’s wishes arrangements will be private and arrangements being handled by the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home in Taunton.
