Margaret D. (McBride) Trombly, 78, of 189 Canterbury Street a longtime secretary, died Sunday June 2 in Fairlawn Rehab Center after an illness.
Her husband Clement J. Trombly died in 1989. She leaves a daughter Carol A. O'Brian of Worcester; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by a daughter Joyce M. Beauchesne; a brother William McBride; and a sister Mary Larson. She was born in Worcester daughter of William and Cora (Prunier) McBride.
Mrs. Trombly worked as a secretary for 56 years at S & T Movers. She was also a member of St. Peter's Church.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday June 5 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.ROYFUNERAL.com) 12 Hammond Street with a mass at 10 AM in St. Peter's Church 931 Main St.. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are on Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home.
