Obituary

WATERTOWN, CT: R. Bryan Trask, 58, died unexpectedly on January 29, 2017 at the Waterbury Hospital in Waterbury, CT.
He was born in Framingham on March 12, 1958 the son of Nancy S. (Crawford-Trask) Perry of Wayland and the late Richard E. Trask.
Besides his mother Nancy S. (Crawford) Perry, he was the brother of Cheryl E. Gladwin and her husband Bill of Mendon; Wayne C. Trask and his wife Suzanne of Lutz, FL and Steven D. Trask and his wife Diane of Franklin. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and his extended family at Pondview. He was the step-son of the late Will Perry.
Bryan spent most of his life in the Waterbury, Connecticut area and the past ten years in a residential community at Pondview in Watertown, CT.
Over the years, Bryan participated in the Special Olympics Programs in CT. He loved sports especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots as well as bowling. Bryan particularly loved living in his group residential home at Pondview and the many friends he grew to know and love.
The highlights of his life were the many visits from his family and the time spent with them at many family gatherings.
Memorial visitations will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (Off Rte. 27), Wayland.
A Celebration of his Life will begin at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in the Crawford family lot in Edgell Grove Cemetery in Framingham with his grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, his family kindly suggests that memorial gifts in Bryan Trask’s memory be sent to Key Human Services, 1290 Silas Deane Highway, Ste. 1A, Wethersfield, CT 06109 to benefit the residents of Pondview.
